Who we are
This website is operated by FRIGO SERVICE – ΑΓΟΥΡΖΕΝΙΔΗΣ Ν ΚΑΙ ΣΙΑ ΕΕ (“Frigo Service”, “we”), 12ο χλμ Θεσσαλονίκης – Έδεσσας ΤΘ: 1121, Κόμβος Βιομηχανικής Ζώνης Σίνδου, Νέα Μαγνησία, 57008 Θεσσαλονίκη. What personal data we collect
- Enquiry & quote forms: name, email, phone, company (optional) and your message or the product you ask about. Submissions are stored in this website and emailed to our staff so we can respond.
- Direct contact: if you call, email or message us, we process the contact details you provide.
- Shop orders (when used): order and billing details. Card payments are processed by our payment provider on their secure pages — card numbers never reach or get stored on this website.
- Cookies & analytics: a consent-preference cookie, and anonymised visitor statistics only if you accept them (see Cookies below).
Why we process it
- To answer your enquiry or prepare the quote you requested (steps prior to a contract / legitimate interest).
- To fulfil and invoice orders (contract, legal obligations).
- To measure site traffic (only with your consent).
- To measure our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, and to show ads to people who have visited the site (only with your consent).
Cookies
- frigo_consent — remembers your cookie choice for 1 year (essential).
- Google Analytics 4 (_ga…) — visitor statistics with IP anonymisation; set only after you choose “Accept all”. Choosing “Essential only” keeps analytics off.
- Meta Pixel (_fbp, fr) — measures our Facebook and Instagram advertising and lets us show ads to people who visited the site; set only after you choose “Accept all”. Nothing from Meta loads until then.
- Google Maps — the map on our contact page is loaded from Google, which sets its own cookies as soon as the page opens. It shows where we are; it does not identify you to us.
You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting cookies in your browser; the banner will ask again on your next visit.
Who we share data with
We never sell personal data. It is shared only with the service providers needed to run the site: our hosting and email provider (Pointer, Greece), Google (analytics, after consent) and Meta (advertising measurement, after consent). Google and Meta may process this data outside the EEA, under the safeguards their EU data-transfer frameworks provide. You can withdraw consent at any time, which stops both.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and quote submissions are kept for 24 months and then deleted. Order and invoicing records are kept as long as Greek tax law requires.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing — email info@frigo-service.gr. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
